Sales Manager

You will develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets. You will identify, engage, and build relationships with merchants and key decision makers. You will manage the end-to-end sales process from lead generation to contract closure and account management. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and integration of merchant partners. You will monitor industry trends and provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis. You will represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets
  • Identify, engage, and build strong relationships with merchants and key decision makers
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process including lead generation, negotiations, contract closure and account management
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and integration of merchant partners
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape and emerging opportunities in e-commerce and POS integration
  • Provide regular sales reports, forecasts and performance analysis to management
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences and networking opportunities

Requirements

  • Experience in B2B payment sales and business development
  • Knowledge of e-commerce and POS integration
  • Existing connections with medium and large hotel and retail chains
  • Fluency in English and French
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
