Job Summary

Drive sales growth by qualifying, pursuing, and closing sales opportunities while managing client relationships and market intelligence in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Qualify, pursue, and close sales opportunities within assigned territory to achieve business growth
  • Exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through strategic sales execution
  • Utilize and maintain CRM tools (salesforce.com) to manage sales pipeline and customer data effectively
  • Collaborate with technical and executive team members to navigate complex sales scenarios and deliver tailored solutions
  • Develop client proposals that clearly communicate product benefits and customize solutions for nonprofit organizations
  • Monitor nonprofit market trends and competitor activities independently to inform sales strategies
  • Engage regularly with product management teams to provide client feedback and market intelligence

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Management or related field
  • Experience using CRM systems
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Sales-driven, proactive, and goal-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
