As a Sales & Operations Reporting - Sr Associate, you will engage in strategic sales and marketing initiatives within our Internal Firm Services practice. You will focus on driving revenue growth, enhancing brand visibility, and capturing new business opportunities through market research, digital marketing, and creative campaigns. Your role will involve building relationships with key Alliance executives and identifying synergies between technology and the firm to deliver multi-competency programs that address clients' critical business issues.

As a Senior Associate, you will develop meaningful client connections and learn how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate complex situations, grow your personal brand, and deepen your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality outcomes. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will execute strategies and business plans, focusing on market penetration and revenue growth. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for solution development and industry alignment, contributing to the firm's overall strategy and success.

Responsibilities

- Developing and executing strategic sales and marketing initiatives to drive revenue growth and enhance brand visibility
- Building and maintaining relationships with key Alliance executives to identify synergies and collaborate on solution development
- Utilizing market research and digital marketing strategies to engage clients and capture new business opportunities
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align business plans with market penetration and revenue growth objectives
- Analyzing complex business issues to inform strategic decision-making and enhance the firm's market presence
- Managing and inspiring team members to deliver quality work and achieve organizational targets
- Identifying opportunities for industry alignment and solution development to better serve client needs
- Navigating complex situations to grow personal brand and deepen technical skills
- Anticipating the needs of teams and clients to deliver quality outcomes
- Applying critical thinking to break down complex concepts and develop actionable insights

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience in Partner & Alliance Management, relationship management or related field, with a track record of supporting demand generation and successful programs
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
