As a Deals Advisory - Strategy& - Economic - Senior Associate, you will engage with clients to provide strategic insights and solutions within our Deals practice. You will be instrumental in helping clients navigate complex transactions and strategic decisions, leveraging your analytical skills and industry knowledge to drive impactful outcomes. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and developing a deeper understanding of the business context. You will be responsible for analyzing complex problems, mentoring others, and maintaining professional standards. You will also learn how to manage and inspire others, navigating increasingly complex situations to grow your personal brand and deepen your technical skills.

Responsibilities

- Conducting financial due diligence to support acquisition strategy and corporate development initiatives
- Evaluating business plans and deal structures to identify competitive advantages and value creation opportunities
- Analyzing financial statements and performing financial modeling to assess financial risk and scenario analysis
- Monitoring and analyzing financial trends to inform strategic planning and post-merger integration efforts
- Utilizing Capital IQ and other tools for industry trend analysis and market research
- Collaborating with teams to develop strategic plans and guide customer due diligence processes
- Engaging in competitive analysis to enhance corporate development and M&A strategy
- Supporting client engagements by embracing change and demonstrating intellectual curiosity in complex deal environments

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- Preference for a Master's of Business Administration degree
- Demonstrating proficiency in financial modeling and analysis
- Utilizing strategic planning and competitive analysis skills
