We are looking for a detail-oriented QA Tester to join our team and validate Salesforce applications. Your role will be crucial in delivering high-quality Health Cloud and Service Cloud implementations. You will design and execute test cases, collaborate with developers and stakeholders, and ensure the overall quality of our Salesforce solutions.
- Design and execute comprehensive test cases, test scripts, and scenarios for Salesforce applications
- Perform functional, regression, SIT, and UAT testing to identify and resolve issues
- Validate end-to-end business processes across Health Cloud and Service Cloud implementations
- Test Apex, Flows, integrations, and UI components, ensuring seamless functionality
- Conduct API and integration testing using tools like Postman for robust connectivity
- Efficiently identify, log, and track defects using JIRA or Azure DevOps
- Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to align with requirements
- Support UAT cycles and production validation, ensuring a smooth user experience
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce functionalities and best practices
- Document and communicate test results effectively to the team
- 4-8 years of hands-on QA/testing experience with Salesforce applications is a must
- In-depth understanding of Salesforce functionality, including objects, workflows, and profiles
- Proficiency in manual testing and test case design, ensuring comprehensive coverage
- Experience with integration testing, particularly REST/SOAP APIs, is essential
- Familiarity with test management and defect tracking tools, such as JIRA or Azure DevOps
- Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology to collaborate effectively in a dynamic environment
- Experience in the Health Cloud or healthcare domain is an advantage
- Knowledge of test automation tools like Selenium, Provar, or Copado QA is desirable
- Understanding of FHIR/HL7 integrations for healthcare applications is a plus
- Salesforce Certified Administrator certification is preferred, with Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder as a good-to-have
