As a SAP Basis Manager, you will specialize in utilizing and managing SAP software and solutions within an organization. You will be responsible for tasks such as installation, configuration, administration, development, and support of SAP products and technologies. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Manila, you will be part of our Business Application Consulting group, specializing within our SAP Technology practice. You will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives.
Responsibilities
- Leading the installation, configuration, and administration of SAP products and technologies
- Managing client service accounts and driving engagement workstreams to meet client expectations
- Analyzing client needs to implement software solutions that optimize operational efficiency
- Providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications
- Developing and executing strategic technology plans to enhance delivery and innovation
- Mentoring and coaching team members to leverage their strengths and improve performance
- Collaborating with team leadership to maintain quality, timelines, and deliverables
- Addressing conflicts and engaging in challenging conversations with stakeholders
- Upholding professional and technical standards, including the firm's code of conduct
- Utilizing SAP HANA and SAP NetWeaver to support business transformation initiatives
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 7 to 11 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications aligned to SAP Technology and platform solutions, including SAP S/4HANA System Administration, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP Integration Suite, SAP Security, or related technical architecture credentials
- Demonstrating proficiency in SAP HANA and SAP NetWeaver
