As a SAP MDG - Manager, you will play a pivotal role within our Technology Consulting practice, focusing on delivering exceptional consulting services across various SAP applications. You will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support to optimize operational efficiency and help clients achieve their strategic objectives. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for project success, maintaining standards, and motivating others to deliver quality. You will leverage your business knowledge to identify opportunities that contribute to the success of our firm, embracing technology and innovation to enhance delivery.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Mexico, you will build meaningful client connections and inspire your teams to navigate complex situations. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality while embracing ambiguity. You will use a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems, interpreting data to inform insights and recommendations. Upholding professional and technical standards, you will deepen your understanding of the business context and how it is evolving, using reflection to develop self-awareness and enhance strengths.

Responsibilities

- Leading SAP consulting projects to optimize client operational efficiency and achieve strategic objectives
- Analyzing client needs and implementing SAP software solutions to enhance business processes
- Providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of SAP applications
- Building and maintaining meaningful client relationships to understand and anticipate their needs
- Navigating complex situations and using critical thinking to solve problems and generate new ideas
- Utilizing a broad range of tools and methodologies to deliver quality deliverables and meet client expectations
- Developing and overseeing project architecture and budgeting to align with client goals
- Promoting the adoption of emerging technologies and innovative design in SAP solutions
- Upholding professional and technical standards, including adherence to the firm's code of conduct and independence requirements
- Mentoring and coaching team members to foster growth and development in SAP consulting skills

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 8 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
