As a SAP SD Logistics - Senior Associate, you will engage with clients directly, leveraging your skills in SAP Customer solutions to drive impactful business application consulting. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will be at the forefront of delivering tailored solutions that meet client needs, utilizing your understanding of SAP systems to enhance customer experiences and streamline logistics processes.

As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and developing a deeper understanding of the business context. You will navigate complex situations, anticipate client needs, and deliver quality solutions. Your role involves mentoring junior team members, guiding them through ambiguity, and fostering their growth. You will use critical thinking to analyze complex concepts and uphold professional standards, contributing to the firm's overall business strategies.

Responsibilities

- Analyzing client business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization
- Implementing SAP SD Logistics solutions to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and deploy technology solutions that meet client needs
- Managing deployment activities and confirming seamless integration of SAP systems
- Conducting customer needs analysis to tailor solutions that drive customer success and loyalty
- Utilizing business process modeling techniques to streamline operations and improve efficiency
- Engaging with clients to provide ongoing support and address any system interoperability challenges
- Facilitating workshops and training sessions to enhance client understanding of SAP functionalities
- Monitoring project progress and adapting strategies to meet evolving client requirements
- Leveraging analytical thinking to solve complex problems and deliver value-driven solutions

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 6+ years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications in SAP Customer or S/4HANA customer-facing solutions, including Sales, Service, Commerce, or Customer Data platforms
- Demonstrating proficiency in SAP Cloud for Customer and SAP CRM
- Utilizing analytical thinking to enhance business process improvement
- Excelling in customer relationship management and customer engagement strategies
- Implementing technology solutions for system interoperability and deployment management
