As a SAP PM-Senior Associate, you will specialize in consulting services for SAP supply chain and operations applications, analyzing client needs, implementing software solutions, and providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization. Within our Advisory practice, you will enable clients to optimize their supply chain processes, improve operational efficiency, and achieve their strategic objectives. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for project success and maintaining standards, motivating and inspiring others to deliver quality. You will leverage team strengths and manage performance to meet client expectations, while embracing technology and innovation to enhance delivery.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will take ownership of projects, validating their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. You will develop skills outside your comfort zone and encourage others to do the same, effectively mentoring team members. You will address conflicts or issues, engaging in conversations with clients, team members, and other stakeholders, escalating where appropriate. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way.

Responsibilities

- Analyzing client needs to implement SAP supply chain and operations solutions effectively
- Leading teams in the strategic planning and execution of supply chain optimization projects
- Providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of SAP applications
- Developing and managing project budgets, timelines, and deliverables to meet client expectations
- Utilizing data-driven insights to enhance operational efficiency and strategic decision-making
- Coordinating supply chain processes to improve cost management and lead time reduction
- Overseeing the deployment of supply chain management software to optimize performance
- Encouraging team development through coaching and leveraging individual strengths
- Addressing conflicts and engaging in critical conversations with clients and stakeholders
- Upholding professional and technical standards while fostering a culture of innovation

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications in SAP Supply Chain and Operations solutions, including SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), Transportation Management (TM), or related logistics credentials

-5 to 9 years of functional domain experience of working on the PM module in SAP implementation projects

I-mplementation experience should be in version 4.7 upwards. ECC 6 would be a plus

-Hands on experience in configuring / defining the following in the PM module:
- Demonstrating proficiency in SAP Supply Chain Management (SAP SCM)
- Utilizing data-driven insights for strategic decision-making
- Excelling in project budgeting and resource management
- Embracing change and innovation in operational processes
- Developing skills in supply chain transformation and consulting
- Leading teams in warehouse management system (WMS) implementation
