As a SAP PM-Senior Associate, you will specialize in providing consulting services for SAP supply chain and operations applications, analyzing client needs, implementing software solutions, and offering training and support for seamless integration and utilization. Within our Advisory practice, you will enable clients to optimize their supply chain processes, improve operational efficiency, and achieve their strategic objectives.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. You will address conflicts or issues, engaging in difficult conversations with clients, team members, and other stakeholders, while upholding professional and technical standards. This position offers a dynamic environment where you can develop skills outside your comfort zone and mentor others effectively.

Responsibilities

- Leading SAP supply chain and operations consulting projects to optimize client processes and improve operational efficiency
- Analyzing client needs and implementing SAP software solutions to support strategic objectives
- Providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of SAP applications
- Managing project planning, budgeting, and execution to deliver successful outcomes
- Coaching and developing team members to leverage their strengths and enhance performance
- Utilizing data-driven insights and analytical thinking to drive supply chain transformation initiatives
- Overseeing the development and deployment of supply chain management software solutions
- Collaborating with clients to address challenges and identify opportunities for process improvement
- Validating data integrity and compliance within supply chain frameworks
- Encouraging innovation and embracing change to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications in SAP Supply Chain and Operations solutions, including SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), Transportation Management (TM), or related logistics credentials
- Demonstrating proficiency in SAP Supply Chain Management (SAP SCM)
- Utilizing data-driven insights for strategic decision-making
- Excelling in project budgeting and resource management
- Implementing process improvements for operational excellence
