Propósito del Rol

Impulsar la agenda de digitalización y automatización de la fábrica (MANEX-ICMS) mediante la identificación de oportunidades de mejora, implementación de herramientas digitales y optimización de procesos, contribuyendo a la eficiencia operativa y a la toma de decisiones basada en datos.

Responsabilidades clave

· Apoyar en el desarrollo e implementación de soluciones de automatización para procesos industriales y administrativos.

· Colaborar en la digitalización de datos y el seguimiento de su calidad y disponibilidad.

· Dar soporte en la creación y actualización de reportes y dashboards en plataformas BI.

· Identificar oportunidades de mejora en procesos y documentar propuestas de automatización.

· Coordinar con equipos internos (operaciones, IT, finanzas) para la ejecución de iniciativas digitales.

· Dar seguimiento a proyectos de digitalización, asegurando avances y cumplimiento de entregables.

Lo que estamos buscando

• Estudiante activo(a) de Ingenieria en Mecanica, Mecatronica, Industrial o carreras a fin.
• Alta capacidad de aprendizaje y curiosidad por desarrollarse
• Buenas habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita
• Capacidad para trabajar en equipo en entornos colaborativos
• Actitud proactiva y enfoque de “hacer que las cosas pasen”
• Conocimientos intermedios de: Excel, PowerPoint, análisis de datos, etc.
• Habilidades de organización y gestión del tiempo
• Atención al detalle y enfoque en la calidad
• Capacidad para manejar múltiples tareas y priorizar
• Nivel de inglés intermedio
