Semiconductor Technician

Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive maintenance on semiconductor equipment in accordance with established procedures.
• Handle tools, components, and machinery parts with care to ensure equipment integrity and safety.
• Work 6–8 hours daily within a cleanroom environment while complying with cleanroom protocols.
• Follow approved procedures for installation, replacement, and handling of heavy machinery parts.
• Conduct daily workplace 6S audits to maintain a safe and organized work environment.
• Assist in Minor PM, Major PM, Tube Cleaning, and Main Heater Change PM activities, primarily supporting logistics tasks.
• Perform sub-fab audits, including monitoring tool health for UPS, scrubbers, and related systems.
• Participate in on-site training and apply learned procedures to daily operations.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of hands-on experience in equipment maintenance, preferably in a semiconductor or cleanroom environment.
• Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance for heavy machinery and semiconductor tools.
• Comfortable to work 6–8 hours within a cleanroom environment.
• Basic understanding of electrical systems, tool calibration, and mechanical assembly.
