Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on dry etch equipment.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues to minimize downtime and improve machine uptime.
• Support production by ensuring equipment runs efficiently and meets process requirements.
• Analyze equipment performance data and implement improvement plans.
• Coordinate with process engineers, technicians, and vendors for equipment optimization.
• Support equipment installation, qualification, and commissioning activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and cleanroom procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in machinery servicing, maintenance, or equipment support in an engineering-related environment.
