As a Senior Associate – CSR Projects, you will play a pivotal role in driving inclusion, culture, and wellbeing within our People Strategy group. You will support the business by embedding our values and desired culture, focusing on maintaining trust and active engagement with our people. This role is crucial in attracting and retaining diverse talent, creating an engaging employee experience, and fostering an environment where everyone has the opportunity to thrive.

As a Senior Associate, you will develop meaningful stakeholder connections and anticipate the needs of your teams and clients. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will be part of our Internal Firm Services, focusing on Human Capital. You will contribute to long-term strategies that align human capital with business objectives, analyzing workforce trends and improving employee experience. This position offers a unique opportunity to deepen your understanding of business context and drive impactful change within our Tax practice.

Responsibilities


4–6 years of relevant experience in CSR project management, social impact, NGO program coordination, or related areas within a corporate or structured organizational environment. [Required]

Experience in managing or supporting CSR project lifecycles including NGO onboarding, project reviews, compliance, and fund management processes. [Required]

- Analyzing workforce trends to align human capital strategies with business objectives
- Implementing inclusion strategies to foster a diverse and engaging employee experience
- Driving change management initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness and employee wellbeing
- Conducting research and applying industry trend analysis to inform strategic solutions
- Developing diversity programs to attract and retain diverse talent
- Utilizing data analytics to generate insights for strategic decision-making
- Building meaningful stakeholder connections to support the delivery of firmwide strategies
- Navigating complex situations to anticipate team and client needs
- Upholding professional standards and reinforcing the firm's code of conduct
- Mentoring junior team members to foster growth and development

What You Must Have

- 4–6 years of relevant experience in CSR project management, social impact, NGO program coordination, or related areas within a corporate or structured organizational environment. [Required]

Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Social Science, Psychology, Sociology, Development Studies, Business Administration, or a related field. [Required]
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
