As a Strategy& Value Creation - Technology Value Creation - Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in delivering strategic insights and solutions within our Deals practice. You will engage with clients to identify opportunities for value creation through technology, leveraging your analytical skills and industry knowledge to drive impactful outcomes. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and developing a deeper understanding of the business context. You are responsible for analyzing complex problems, mentoring others, and maintaining professional and technical standards. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills.

Responsibilities

- Conducting comprehensive financial due diligence to support deal strategy and value creation
- Analyzing market trends and competitive landscapes to inform acquisition strategies
- Developing financial models to evaluate potential deal structures and outcomes
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate post-merger processes effectively
- Utilizing Capital IQ and other analytical tools for in-depth financial statement analysis
- Engaging in strategic planning and scenario analysis to optimize business plans
- Monitoring and analyzing financial trends to identify risks and opportunities
- Supporting corporate development initiatives through detailed industry trend analysis
- Evaluating business plans to enhance competitive advantage and drive value creation
- Facilitating customer due diligence to assess potential acquisition targets

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
