As a Senior Associate in Advisory - Deals - BRS - Restructuring Advisory, you will provide strategic advice and business diligence services to clients navigating mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. Within our Deals practice, you will focus on analyzing financial information, emphasizing quality of earnings, assets, cash flows, and other key client deal issues. As a Senior Associate, you will leverage your skills to build meaningful client connections, anticipate needs, and embrace increased ambiguity. You will guide and mentor others, maintaining professional and technical standards while developing a deeper understanding of the business context.

Responsibilities

- Analyzing financial information to assess quality of earnings, assets, and cash flows in client transactions
- Supporting clients in mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures by providing strategic advice and business diligence services
- Navigating complex transactions to maximize value for clients in their business deals
- Applying analytical thinking to discern patterns and gather information from diverse sources
- Developing financial models and forecasts to inform client decision-making processes
- Conducting financial statement analysis to identify key deal issues and opportunities
- Collaborating with team members to adapt to varying challenges and scopes in a fast-paced environment
- Building a personal brand through consistent delivery of quality work and client value

- Utilizing corporate finance and contractual agreements knowledge to support deal management and execution

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Current pursuit of or a Certified Public Accountant License, or Chartered Accountant, or Foreign Certified Public Accountant, or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA)
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
