Senior Backend Engineer, Custody Wallets

You will design, build, and maintain backend systems that power secure crypto wallets and blockchain products. You will implement robust support for MPC and multi-signature setups, optimize system performance, and apply secure coding practices. You will collaborate with partners and cross-functional stakeholders, provide technical guidance, and take ownership of end-to-end backend solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain crypto wallet systems using Go
• Implement support for multi-party computation (MPC) and multi-signature configurations
• Architect modular and scalable backend systems with strong security and performance focus
• Collaborate with partners and internal teams to optimize integrations and configurations
• Provide technical guidance to Product Security Finance and Engineering stakeholders
• Assess client requirements and recommend tailored technical solutions
• Define architectures and systems to enable mass adoption while preserving security
• Own delivery of high-quality secure backend solutions and drive continuous improvement

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on backend engineering experience with strong focus on Go
• Proven experience building crypto wallets or blockchain-related products
• Deep understanding of UTXO and account models state management and consensus mechanisms
• Extensive experience in secure coding practices and blockchain security principles
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and competitive cloud service setups
• Strong problem-solving skills independent self-driven mindset and ability to take ownership
• User-centric approach to designing and launching high-quality products
