Senior Import and Export Logistics Executive
- Lead the team to ensure all released orders are shipped and recognized according to customer requirements and compliance standards
- Ensure customer orders are shipped on time with complete and accurate documentation to support sales recognition
- Ensure all shipments comply with Emerson International Trade Compliance rules
- Lead and drive departmental KPIs and company goals
- Ensure proper records are maintained in accordance with Emerson Record Retention and statutory requirements
- Provide guidance and support to Shipping Assistants on work-related matters
- Generate manual export documents when required in compliance with local regulations
- Liaise with internal stakeholders on Trade Compliance and Shipping matters
- Exercise Stop Work Authority when ESH risks are not clearly controlled or understood, and support related investigations

- Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of experience in import/export operations, including coordination with government agencies and freight forwarders
- Strong knowledge of export/import documentation, customs procedures, LC negotiation documents, and export banking documentation
- Familiarity with LMW requirements, Export Controls under STA, and Free Trade Agreement (FTA) procedures
- Understanding of Incoterms and commercial shipping terms
- Computer literacy and ability to manage documentation systems
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proven experience leading or supervising logistics/shipping teams
- Strong track record in improving shipping efficiency and compliance processes
- Experience working in a multinational or highly regulated manufacturing environment
- Ability to optimize work processes and drive continuous improvement in logistics operations
