Senior Manager

Set departmental goals, manage budgets, lead cross functional teams, and ensure compliance with policies.

• Lead large-scale Sourcing & Procurement transformation programs for global clients, driving measurable value (cost savings, efficiency, compliance)
• Define and drive end-to-end procurement strategies, including category management, sourcing, supplier management, and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) transformation
• Build and articulate S&P solutions tailored to client needs, including operating models, digital transformation, and cost optimization programs
• Lead proposal development, RFP responses, and client pitches; actively contribute to deal shaping and closures
• Engage with CXOs and senior stakeholders to understand business challenges and position procurement-led transformation solutions
• Identify and drive business development opportunities within existing and new client accounts
• Design Target Operating Models (TOM), governance frameworks, and procurement policies for clients
• Drive adoption of digital procurement solutions (e.g., SAP Ariba, Coupa) and emerging technologies (analytics, automation, AI)
• Lead complex sourcing programs, including high-value negotiations and supplier strategy development
• Establish supplier performance management and risk frameworks aligned with business objectives
• Oversee program delivery, ensuring quality, timelines, and client satisfaction across multiple engagements
• Mentor and lead high-performing teams; support capability building and knowledge development within the practice
• Develop thought leadership, market insights, and reusable assets to strengthen the S&P practice

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Operations, Finance, or related field is mandatory; MBA or equivalent qualification preferred
• 10+ years of experience in Sourcing & Procurement, procurement consulting, or procurement transformation roles
• Strong understanding of end-to-end sourcing and procurement lifecycle processes
• Experience in procurement transformation, managed services, shared services, or consulting environments
• Proven experience in solutioning, proposal creation, and client presentations
• Strong understanding of strategic sourcing, supplier management, procurement operations, and category management
• Experience working with procurement platforms such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, Oracle Procurement Cloud, Jaggaer, or similar tools
• Ability to engage with senior stakeholders and lead client-facing discussions
• Strong commercial acumen with ability to identify and convert business opportunities
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple engagements and work in a fast-paced consulting environment
• Experience supporting sales pursuits and procurement transformation programs is preferred
• Certifications such as CPSM, CSCP, PMP, or procurement-related certifications are preferred
