Senior People Business Partner
As a Senior People Business Partner (PBP), you will be a trusted strategic partner, experienced coach, and inclusion advocate for leaders across one or more lines of business in Ireland.
You will translate Apple's vision and strategic priorities into meaningful People strategies and solutions that make a real impact on both the business and the employee experience. This is not a transactional role. It is a role for someone who brings deep business understanding, sound judgement, and the kind of trusted relationships that enable leaders to make confident, well-informed people decisions, doing the work only a PBP can do, with rigour, care, and intention.
To be successful in this role, you will need to deeply understand your client group and uncover root causes to develop insight-driven recommendations. You will act as a connector across the People ecosystem to deliver joined-up solutions, building trust and shaping outcomes without always having direct authority.
Minimum Qualifications
Proven experience as a People or Human Resources Business Partner in a complex, matrixed organisation.
Track record of translating business needs into effective People strategies and solutions.
Experience coaching and influencing leaders at multiple levels.
Strong analytical capability, including comfort working with People data and translating insights into action.
Ability to manage competing priorities with flexibility and sound judgement.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a large multinational environment, partnering across functions and countries.
Proven success in advanced talent management and organisational development.
Demonstrated ability to mentor peers and extend impact beyond individual contributions.
Coaching qualification or equivalent professional development.
Familiarity with AI tools, Workday, or comparable HRIS platforms.
