Senior Product Manager, Personalization Strategy

This role will develop product strategies, identify opportunities, and design solutions to enable agentic commerce experiences that uphold Apple’s privacy values. You will lead a cross-functional team including business, marketing, design, data science, and engineering to deliver on the strategies that you create. Minimum Qualifications 10+ years Product Management experience driving e-commerce or consumer digital experiences in a revenue-driven organization. Proficient in web technologies, large-scale service architectures, and app platforms. Experience leveraging data and insights to deliver customer-facing digital products and capabilities globally. BA/BS in Computer Science or a technical degree, or10+ years of relevant professional experience. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in technology consulting, technology strategy, and/or a product development role Track record of designing and delivering personalized experiences, incorporating the latest generative AI capabilities and user experience standards. Experience with Apple OS frameworks, AI toolkits, and Human Interface Guidelines. Ability to lead significant digital transformations, including adopting new technology platforms and defining operational processes. Capable of moving from high-level conceptual ideas to detailed, systematically organized plans and implementations. Proven ability to translate complex information into concise, and compelling narratives appropriate for different stakeholders, fostering alignment across all organizational levels.
