Senior Sales & Marketing Executive
KeyResponsibilities
- Identify emerging market avenues and new revenuechannels to spearhead, administer and grow corporate sales revenue sustainably.
- Source and develop client portfolios acrossSingapore’s construction, civil engineering and architectural industries viaproactive market development.
- Own full-cycle sales pipeline management,covering cold prospecting, warm lead nurturing through to formal deal closure.
- Undertake core responsibilities throughouttendering procedures, including tender collation, procurement dossierpreparation and quotation submission support.
- Interpret basic engineering drawings to matchcompany’s product solutions against client’s project specifications.
- Compile and analysis periodic sales data,monitor actual performance against quarterly and annual revenue KPIs.
- Address complicated sales enquiries and incomingRFQs received via email and corporate platforms in a timely manner.
- Develop long-term trusted partnerships witharchitectural consultancies, main contractors and property managemententerprises.
Job Requirements& Education
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing or ofany related field or equivalent practical experience are welcome to apply.
- Minimum 3 years of strong sales and businessdevelopment track records.
- Experience in Singapore or comparable regionalB2B construction/engineering market is an added advantage.
- Candidates with established experience servingarchitecture firms or construction & maintenance sectors are stronglypreferred.
- Polished interpersonal, corporate presentationand commercial negotiation capabilities.
- Result-focused, self-motivated and able tothrive under defined revenue targets.
- Self-initiated, organized and detail-orientatedin documentation; capable of autonomous work with limited supervision.
