Senior / Sales Specialist (Bangkok)

Summary of the Role

The Sales Specialist is responsible for managing sales activities and driving revenue growth for Medical Consumable Solutions (MCS) within the assigned territories in Bangkok. The role involves building strong relationships with hospital stakeholders, managing accounts, supporting tender processes, and ensuring the effective implementation of sales strategies aligned with company objectives.

Key Functions / Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute territory sales plans to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and hospital stakeholders

  • Support product promotion and educational activities to enhance customer understanding and product utilization

  • Coordinate and manage hospital tenders, quotations, and negotiations in alignment with company policies

  • Provide timely and accurate market insights, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to internal teams

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer service, and supply chain

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and ethical standards

  • Maintain accurate CRM records and submit regular sales reports and forecasts

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Science, Nursing, Pharmacy, or a related healthcare field

  • Experience covering the Rajavithi, Phra Nang Klao, and Nonthaburi territories in Thailand is a plus

  • Experience with medical consumables or infusion therapy is highly preferred

  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in medical device or hospital product sales

  • Proven ability to manage hospital accounts and drive sales growth in assigned regions

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Familiarity with hospital procurement and bidding processes

  • Self-motivated with strong business acumen and a goal-oriented mindset

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and CRM tools

  • Willingness and ability to travel regularly within the assigned territory
