Specialist, Product Management Global Installments F/TOverviewProvide competitive insights and market research to inform strategic initiatives and product innovation on an ongoing basis.
Role.
• Develop and maintain best-in-class UX prototypes, guidelines, and specifications by working cross functionally with CX design, LFI, and research teams.
• Manage and maintain product documentations (FSMs, program guides, tech guides, FAQs).
• Support with prioritization of the product roadmaps informed by business case and framework.
• Support with product launch and any related tech announcements in priority markets to enable ecosystem readiness.
• Support co-creation and customer workshops and any other sales opportunities.
About You
• Position requires a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business, Economics, Marketing, or related and three (3) years of progressively responsible experience in job offered or as a Product Management role in consumer payments or related.
• Qualifying experience must include at least one (1) year with each of the following: Consumer experience, iterative UX design, and prototyping; Market, economic, and competitive research; Value proposition development and positioning; Product construct and rules definition; Product flows development; Roadmap management using AHA or Jira tools; Product performance tracking and reporting; Consumer funnel measurement (conversion rates, abandonment, etc.); Process development and management; Managing consumer payment products (e.g., installments, credit, debit, etc.).
• Rate of pay: $103,555.00 - $158,000.00 / year
