Senior Staff Software Engineer, Backend - Platform (Core Automation)

You will design and implement Agentic AI systems that power customer support and compliance processes. You will build platform primitives, orchestration, and tools that enable other domains to automate processes with AI. You will interact with stakeholders across organizations, manage project priorities and deliverables, mentor and train colleagues, and write high quality, well tested code to meet customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Agentic AI systems
• Design platform primitives, orchestration, and tooling to enable domain automation
• Interact with stakeholders across product and operations organizations
• Participate in shaping platform strategy and execution
• Manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables
• Mentor and train other team members on design and coding standards
• Write high quality, well tested code

Requirements

• 12+ years of backend software engineering experience using Go or similar languages
• Experience bringing LLM based applications to production
• Proven track record delivering impactful solutions that power significant customer flows
• Experience architecting and developing solutions to ambiguous problems with significant impact
• Strong technical knowledge of building distributed systems that operate at massive scale
• Solid communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Relentless drive and perseverance to achieve ambitious goals
• Passion for cryptocurrency and blockchain technologies
