Senior Structural Engineer - Hospital

Responsibilities:

- Carry out structural analysis and produce construction‑oriented design calculations and drawings under the supervision of the Str Manager.

- Coordinate with other trades to resolve structural issues.

- Assist in preparing authority submission packages and responding to review comments.

- Support temporary works design review and site technical queries.

Requirements:

- Familiarity with either Singapore or Hong Kong structural codes and construction practices. Dual‑market exposure is a plus but not mandatory.

- Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering; professional registration is an advantage.

- 8+ years of relevant structural design experience (consultant, design institute, or contractor background accepted).

- Proficient in structural analysis and drafting tools (AutoCAD, Revit Structure, ETABS).

- BIM experience and knowledge is preferred.

- Good understanding of concrete and steel structure design principles.

- Prior experience in public sector building projects, especially hospitals and healthcare facilities, will be considered a strong advantage.
