Senior Building Services Engineer - Hospital

Responsibilities:

- Prepare construction‑focused MEP designs for both design stage and construction stage.

- Coordinate with other trades to embed service routes and equipment spaces early in design.

- Support design change management and value engineering initiatives during construction.

- Assist in commissioning planning and handover documentation.

Requirements:

- Familiarity with either Singapore or Hong Kong building codes, permitting, and construction practices. Dual‑market exposure is a plus but not mandatory.

- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering; professional registration is an advantage.

- 8+ years of relevant MEP design or design management experience (consultant, contractor, or specialist firm background accepted).

- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and Navisworks.

- BIM experience and knowledge is preferred.

- Solid understanding of HVAC, electrical distribution, fire protection, and plumbing systems.

- Prior experience in public sector building projects, especially hospitals and healthcare facilities, will be considered a strong advantage.
