About the role

Are you a passionate and customer-focused individual seeking a part-time role in the hospitality industry? Baconking Pte Ltd is looking for a talented Restaurant Server to join our team in our Toa Payoh Central location. As a Restaurant Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring our guests have an enjoyable dining experience.

What you'll be doing

1. Greet and welcome customers, ensuring a friendly and professional service

2. Take customer orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen team

3. Serve food and drinks to customers in a timely and efficient manner

4. Maintain a clean and organised dining area, ensuring tables are set up and cleared promptly

5. Assist customers with any requests or inquiries and resolve any issues to their satisfaction

6. Adhere to all health, safety and hygiene standards

7. Contribute to a positive team environment by supporting your colleagues

What we're looking for

1. Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality or food service industry

2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide exceptional customer service

3. Attention to detail and the ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure

4. Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work shifts, including evenings and weekends. Preferably able to commit 4 days a week, including weekend shift.

5. A positive attitude and a passion for creating a great dining experience for our customers

6. Clear and confident communication skills in English
