Service Crew
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Outlet cleaning and set-up to get ready for operations
- Offer prompt, friendly and efficient service to all guests
- Ensure tables, flooring, station cleanliness before and during operations
- Drinks ordering, bill payment settling, tables maintenance, service follow-up and bottle service for all guest
- Receives cash from guests, makes change, verifies validity of charges, records charges and ensures vouchers are properly executed
- Orientation & buddy system for newly join staff
- Full-timer side tasks such as staging and furniture movement for normal Ops & events, poster update etc
- Outlet closing and cleaning
- Update guests about current and upcoming promotions
- Attend to guests’ needs promptly
