As a ServiceNow Developer-Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in delivering cybersecurity solutions within our Technology Consulting practice. You will engage directly with clients, leveraging your skills to develop and implement ServiceNow applications that enhance their cybersecurity posture. Your work will be crucial in helping clients navigate the complexities of cybersecurity, confirming their systems are secure and efficient.

As a Senior Associate, you will utilize your problem-solving abilities and critical thinking to analyze complex issues and manage client engagements effectively. You will focus on building meaningful client relationships, anticipating their needs, and guiding them through cybersecurity challenges. Your role will involve mentoring junior team members, fostering their growth, and maintaining professional standards to deliver quality solutions.

Responsibilities

- Developing and implementing ServiceNow solutions to enhance cybersecurity frameworks
- Collaborating with clients to understand their cybersecurity requirements and deliver tailored solutions
- Utilizing Agile Methodology to manage and execute ServiceNow development projects efficiently
- Conducting vulnerability assessments and security reviews to identify and mitigate potential risks
- Integrating Azure Data Factory with ServiceNow for seamless data management and analysis
- Applying analytical thinking to solve complex cybersecurity challenges and improve system security
- Managing security incident responses and coordinating with teams to address issues promptly
- Designing and maintaining security architecture to support organizational cybersecurity strategies
- Monitoring security compliance and confirming adherence to privacy regulations and policies
- Embracing change and fostering an environment of continuous learning and improvement within the team

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4-8 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Business Studies, Computer and Information Science, Information CyberSecurity, Information Technology, Management Information Systems
- At least one of the following: One or more certifications aligned to enterprise cybersecurity governance and operations, including CISSP, CISM, or equivalent security credentials
- Demonstrating proficiency in Agile Methodology for cybersecurity projects
- Utilizing Azure Data Factory for data integration and management
- Implementing security architecture and compliance management strategies
- Conducting vulnerability assessments and security incident management
- Excelling in analytical thinking and problem-solving within cybersecurity contexts
