SFDC HEALTH CLOUD DEVELOPER

We are looking for a talented and certified Salesforce developer to join our team and contribute to our healthcare projects. The developer will be responsible for designing and developing innovative solutions on the Salesforce Health Cloud platform, ensuring secure and compliant healthcare systems. • Develop and customize Salesforce Health Cloud and Service Cloud solutions, ensuring a seamless patient experience.
• Configure and manage care plans, patient profiles, and clinical data models to meet healthcare requirements.
• Build Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components, and Flows to enhance the functionality and user experience.
• Design and implement integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, enabling data exchange and interoperability.
• Support data migration processes, ensuring data quality and security, and maintaining PHI/HIPAA compliance.
• Collaborate with architects and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver scalable, efficient solutions.
• Participate in SIT and UAT support, providing timely resolutions to production issues and ensuring system stability.
• Stay updated with the latest Salesforce releases and best practices, contributing to the continuous improvement of our solutions.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and skill development within the team.

• 8+ years of extensive Salesforce development experience, with a strong focus on Health Cloud or the Healthcare domain.
• Certified Salesforce Platform Developer I (highly preferred) and Platform Developer II (preferred) credentials.
• Salesforce Certified Administrator certification is highly desirable, ensuring a strong understanding of the platform.
• Salesforce Health Cloud Accredited Professional certification is a significant advantage, demonstrating expertise in healthcare solutions.
• Proficiency in Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Flows, with the ability to build robust and scalable applications.
• Experience in API integrations and middleware, enabling seamless data exchange between systems.
• Strong debugging and performance optimization skills, ensuring efficient and reliable solutions.
• Good understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and best practices for data protection.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
