SFDC HEALTH CLOUD DEVELOPER

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce developer to join our team as an SFDC Health Cloud Developer. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in designing and developing scalable healthcare solutions, with a strong focus on solution ownership and aligning business needs with technical architecture. As a key member of our development team, you will lead the design and implementation of Health Cloud and Service Cloud solutions, ensuring data security, compliance, and optimal performance.

• Lead the design and development of Salesforce Health Cloud and Service Cloud solutions, ensuring a robust and secure implementation.
• Own the end-to-end implementation process, including data modeling, automation, and integrations, to deliver a seamless user experience.
• Architect and develop Apex, LWC, Flows, and complex business logic to meet healthcare industry requirements.
• Design and implement efficient integration solutions using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware, ensuring smooth data exchange.
• Collaborate closely with Solution Architects and stakeholders to make informed design decisions and align with business goals.
• Mentor junior developers, promote best practices, and ensure coding standards are maintained throughout the development process.
• Support SIT/UAT testing, deployments, and maintain production stability, ensuring a smooth and reliable user experience.
• Stay updated with the latest Salesforce Health Cloud features and industry trends, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our solutions.
• Work closely with the healthcare domain experts to understand and translate business requirements into technical specifications.

• 10+ years of extensive Salesforce development experience, with a strong focus on Health Cloud or the healthcare domain.
• Advanced proficiency in Apex, LWC, SOQL, Flows, and integrations, demonstrating a deep understanding of Salesforce architecture.
• Solid experience in API design, integration patterns, and middleware, ensuring seamless data exchange and interoperability.
• Ability to handle complex solution design, performance tuning, and optimization, delivering high-performance healthcare solutions.
• Mandatory Salesforce certifications: Platform Developer I & II, and Certified Administrator.
• Highly preferred: Salesforce Health Cloud Accredited Professional certification, showcasing expertise in the healthcare domain.
• Preferred for senior roles: Application Architect or System Architect certification, demonstrating advanced architectural skills.
• Good to have: Experience with Experience Cloud or patient portals, and a strong understanding of the healthcare industry.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
