Software Engineer - Frontend and Mobile

You will design and build advanced iOS and Android applications using React Native, implement and optimize frontend features, and ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness. You will collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to refine requirements, participate in code reviews, mentor peers, and continuously evaluate new technologies to improve development efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Design and build advanced applications for iOS and Android using React Native
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
• Ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs
• Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement
• Work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to refine product requirements
• Mentor peers through code reviews and education on best practices

Requirements

• At least 3 years of proven experience in mobile or web application development
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript and related technologies (ES6, TypeScript)
• Solid understanding of the full mobile or web development life cycle
• Knowledge of UI/UX standards and mobile design principles
• Experience with SQL databases like MySQL or Postgres
• Confident with RESTful API design
• Great with unit and functional testing and debugging
• Experience in Git/GitHub and branching methodologies, code review tools, CI tools
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, applied mathematics, or another technical discipline from a top university
• Understanding of and strong interest in cryptocurrencies and blockchain
• Great at algorithm design, problem solving, and complexity analysis
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with native mobile development (iOS/Android) or React Native (preferred)
• Understanding of and experience working in the financial industry (preferred)
• Familiarity with digital wallets, clearing and settlement, lending, trading, or accounting systems (preferred)
