- Primary focus on sense of guest arrival/departure, hands-on treatment, cleanliness, room ambience, and overall spa experience. Empathetic, friendly, and able to make people feel beautiful inside and out.
- Establish a long-term relationship with customers.
- The leading expert in all areas of retail and treatments. Able and available to answer any questions that guests may have and give them extensive feedback and demonstration if applicable; with an ability to execute suggestive and add-on sales.
- Takes control of rebooking guest after treatment.
- Perform treatment most suited to guest utilizing a range of techniques.
- Knowledgeable about all aspects of treatments, spa therapy, and the facility.
- Monitors, maintains, and re-stocks assigned room with products, supplies, disposables, and work tools.
- Certified as Spa Therapist.
- With 2-5 years of experience in the same field in the hotel industry.
- With good English communication skills.
- With a pleasing personality and a well-focused individual.
- Able to handle pressure at work and capability to multi-task.
