Plans and directs a data analytics team. Sets work priorities, manages team staffing and composition, evaluates employee performance, and identifies training needs to build a high-performing unit in support of the mission.

Applies knowledge of reverse logistics and property disposal programs to guide the team’s analysis, ensuring data products support reutilization, disposal, and strategic property movement goals.

Directs the creation of reports and business intelligence dashboards to monitor program effectiveness. Manages information resources to provide leadership with reliable metrics for tracking performance against disposal objectives.

Leads the team in conducting analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Develops and presents data-driven recommendations and strategies to support process improvement projects.
