β’ Office Hours
β’ 8.30am β 5.30pm
π Job Scope
β’ Perform frontline duties including patient registration, appointment scheduling, and handling phone enquiries
β’ Manage clinic administrative tasks using the clinic management system
β’ Provide pre-operative advice and information to patients
β’ Follow up with doctors and clinic staff to ensure required information is completed
β’ Assist doctors as a chaperone and support during medical procedures
β’ Guide and train new or junior staff members
β’ Perform daily counter closing and report discrepancies when necessary
β’ Support general administrative and ad-hoc duties as assigned
β Requirements
β’ Prior experience in healthcare customer service or clinic operations is advantageous
β’ Good communication and interpersonal skills
β’ Comfortable interacting with patients and healthcare professionals
β’ Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
β’ Willing to rotate among the four clinic locations
