Villa Host

  • Act as the final gatekeeper for villa preparedness, confirming room cleanliness, amenities, floral arrangements, and fulfillment of all guest preferences collected by the Guest Experience team during the pre-arrival process.
  • Offer a detailed orientation upon the guest’s arrival, ensuring they feel welcomed, informed, and cared for.
  • Assist guests with any request or wish, always anticipating needs and preferences to deliver thoughtful, intuitive service.
  • Facilitate garment care (pressing) and beachwear care, footwear service, and professional packing/unpacking.
  • Coordinate and prepare the villa for in-room dining orders, ensuring timely service and table setup in collaboration with In-Room Dining.
  • Assist with personal arrangements such as confirming flights, booking transportation, securing restaurant reservations, or preparing special in-villa touches such as a drawn bath.
  • Escort all guests dining with us and ensure seamless handover to their designated venue.
  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or related field.
  • Knowledge of flowers, wines, spirits, and fine foods.
  • Skilled in basic fine dining service techniques.
  • Ability to communicate in an additional language beyond English; preferred languages include Mandarin, Thai, Arabic, Spanish, Italian, Russian, French, or German.
  • Two or more years of experience in luxury hospitality, ideally within a Five-Star or One, Two or Three Michelin Key hotel.
  • Previous experience as Villa Host or Butler is mandatory
