WELLNESS CENTRE MANAGER

Responsibilities:

  • Scheduleand supervise the daily activities of therapy aides and support staff
  • Training,hiring, motivating, evaluating and directing staff.
  • Ensuretherapy rooms, equipment, and treatment areas are prepared and maintained
  • Monitorcustomer feedback, service quality indicators and operational compliancestandards.
  • Maintaining the client database, schedulingappointments, managing contract laborers and employees.
  • Performoutlet audits and identify areas for improvement in service execution andcustomer experience.
  • Workclosely with leaders to strengthen service quality, team discipline andcustomer satisfaction.
  • Supportonboarding and structured skills development for new employees.
  • Placing orders of supplies and retail, managinginventory control and interviewing new staff members.

Requirements:

  • Experiencein healthcare, physiotherapy and wellness will be an advantage
  • Proven goodleadership, coaching and communication skills
  • Personable, enthusiastic and ambitious with theability to direct, hire and train staff.
  • Excellent time management, communication,organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Abilityto work flexible hours, including weekends or public holidays if requiredking.
