As a Workday Finance - Senior Associate - Consult, you will engage with clients to deliver tailored solutions within our Technology Consulting practice. You will leverage your skills in Workday Human Capital to address complex business challenges and drive impactful results. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and developing a deeper understanding of the business context. You will guide and mentor others, navigating increasingly complex situations to grow your personal brand and deepen your technical skills.

Responsibilities

- Managing Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) projects to support client transformation initiatives
- Conducting business analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement within Workday applications
- Implementing strategic human resource planning and workforce analytics to enhance organizational development
- Utilizing analytical thinking to interpret data and inform insights for human resources consulting
- Leading change management efforts to embrace organizational culture shifts and employee engagement strategies
- Collaborating with teams to develop and execute project management plans, including budgeting and resource allocation
- Facilitating benefits administration and succession planning to optimize talent management processes
- Engaging in active listening and accepting feedback to refine project deliverables and client interactions

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- At least one of the following: One or more Workday certifications aligned to Human Capital Management solutions, including Core HCM, Talent and Performance, Recruiting, Benefits, Payroll, or related HR platform credentials
