As a Workday HCM- Associate 2, you will play a pivotal role in consulting services for Workday Human Capital Management applications, helping clients optimize their human resources processes and enhance talent management. Within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, you will analyze client requirements, implement HCM software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of Workday HCM applications.

As an Associate, you will be driven by curiosity and contribute to client engagements while developing your skills and knowledge. You will adapt to working with diverse clients and team members, each presenting unique challenges and scope. This role offers the chance to build a personal brand, deepen your technical skills, and grow your understanding of the business context. Responsibilities

- Analyzing client requirements to implement Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions effectively
- Providing training and support to facilitate seamless integration and utilization of Workday HCM applications
- Collaborating with clients to optimize human resources processes and enhance talent management strategies
- Engaging in business process improvement initiatives to drive operational efficiency
- Supporting project management tasks, including project budgeting and workforce planning
- Utilizing workforce analytics to inform strategic human resource planning and decision-making
- Participating in change management activities to support organizational development and transformation
- Gathering and interpreting data to provide insights and recommendations for client engagements
- Developing a deeper understanding of business applications to contribute to client success
- Building and maintaining client relationships to support ongoing consulting services

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 1+ years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- At least one of the following: One or more Workday certifications aligned to Human Capital Management solutions, including Core HCM, Talent and Performance, Recruiting, Benefits, Payroll, or related HR platform credentials
- Demonstrating proficiency in Workday HCM and Workday Recruiting
- Utilizing Human Resources Management (HRM) for strategic planning
- Excelling in Business Process Improvement and Change Management
- Applying Business Analysis skills to enhance client solutions
