As a Workday Integration Manager, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients optimize operational efficiency by analyzing their needs, implementing software solutions, and providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications. Within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, you will specialize in managing Workday's suite of cloud-based software and solutions, focusing on human resources, finance, payroll, talent management, and other business functions to enable clients to achieve their strategic objectives.

As a Manager, you will enhance your leadership style by motivating, developing, and inspiring others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to meet client expectations. With your growing business knowledge, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our firm. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. You will address conflicts or issues, engage in difficult conversations with clients, team members, and other stakeholders, and uphold professional and technical standards.

Responsibilities

- Leading the integration and management of Workday's suite of cloud-based software solutions to optimize client operations
- Analyzing client needs and implementing tailored Workday solutions to support strategic objectives
- Coaching and developing team members to leverage their strengths and deliver quality outcomes
- Managing project planning, budgeting, execution, and completion to meet client expectations
- Utilizing Workday Prism Analytics and Workday Studio to enhance data reporting and analytics capabilities
- Facilitating seamless integration and utilization of Workday applications across HR, finance, and payroll functions
- Encouraging innovation and embracing technology to improve service delivery and client satisfaction
- Addressing conflicts and engaging in critical conversations with stakeholders to resolve issues effectively
- Upholding professional and technical standards, including adherence to the firm's code of conduct and independence requirements
- Identifying opportunities for business transformation and process optimization within client engagements

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 8 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- At least one of the following: One or more Workday certifications aligned to technical architecture and integrations, including Workday Integrations, Studio, Extend, Security, or related platform technology credentials
