1 Year Change Management Consultant – HR Transformation | Up to $11,600 #NKA
Location: Tanjong Pagar
Duration: 1 year contract
Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 9 - 6
Salary: Up to $11,600/month + 15% completion bonus
Job Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders, HR, and cross-functional teams to drive organizational design and change management initiatives.
- Translate business strategies into practical organizational solutions to improve efficiency, productivity, and employee engagement.
- Support organizational restructuring, workforce transitions, new business setups, and transformation projects.
- Develop and implement change management strategies to support adoption and minimize resistance during organizational changes.
- Advise on organizational structures, workflows, job architecture, and operating models aligned with business objectives.
- Maintain organizational design standards, processes, and tools (e.g. OrgVue).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of transformation and business improvement initiatives, including mergers and acquisitions.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, or related field (or international equivalent)
- 8 years of proven experience implementing organizational development and change planning programs
- Proven success in leading organization design initiatives, including project management and change implementation.
- Familiarity with organization development and change management analytics
- Strong program management skills, with a track record of leading programs with multiple workstreams
- Experience using AI in the course of your ongoing work
- Knowledge of change management best practices
