1 Year Change Management Consultant – HR Transformation | Up to $11,600 #NKA

Location: Tanjong Pagar

Duration: 1 year contract

Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 9 - 6

Salary: Up to $11,600/month + 15% completion bonus

Job Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business leaders, HR, and cross-functional teams to drive organizational design and change management initiatives.
  • Translate business strategies into practical organizational solutions to improve efficiency, productivity, and employee engagement.
  • Support organizational restructuring, workforce transitions, new business setups, and transformation projects.
  • Develop and implement change management strategies to support adoption and minimize resistance during organizational changes.
  • Advise on organizational structures, workflows, job architecture, and operating models aligned with business objectives.
  • Maintain organizational design standards, processes, and tools (e.g. OrgVue).
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of transformation and business improvement initiatives, including mergers and acquisitions.


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, or related field (or international equivalent)
  • 8 years of proven experience implementing organizational development and change planning programs
  • Proven success in leading organization design initiatives, including project management and change implementation.
  • Familiarity with organization development and change management analytics
  • Strong program management skills, with a track record of leading programs with multiple workstreams
  • Experience using AI in the course of your ongoing work
  • Knowledge of change management best practices
