Key Responsibilities:
- Manage front counter operations and provide professional customer service.
- Register patients and ensure accurate maintenance of records and documentation.
- Prepare and process patient-related administrative paperwork.
- Provide financial counselling and assist with billing-related enquiries.
- Collect payments and ensure accurate processing of transactions.
- Perform daily reconciliation of collections and payment records.
- Handle incoming phone enquiries and provide prompt assistance.
- Manage email communications and coordinate responses efficiently.
- Support the team with additional administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Min N/ O/ A Levels/ NITEC/ Higher NITEC/ Diploma in any related course of studies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable customer & patient-facing responsibilities.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passionate about healthcare industry
