Job Description
- Provide frontline customer service
- Register patients and schedule appointments
- Promote digital services to patients
- Assist patients with self-service kiosks
- Manage patient flow within the clinic
- Respond to patient enquiries professionally
- Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service-oriented and approachable
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced healthcare environment
- Flexible to work earlier starting hours when required (as early as 7am)
