As an Advisory - Deals - Forensic - Data Science - Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in delivering client-focused solutions within our Deals practice. You will leverage your analytical skills to navigate complex data challenges and provide insights that drive value realization for our clients. As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages growth and learning. You will be responsible for analyzing intricate problems and maintaining professional standards, using your skills to anticipate client needs and deliver quality solutions.

Responsibilities

- Conducting forensic analysis to support financial due diligence in deal integration and value realization
- Utilizing analytical thinking to enhance operational performance management and strategic leadership
- Engaging in stakeholder management to facilitate post-merger integration and synergy analysis
- Applying business process improvement techniques to optimize cost efficiency and reduction
- Leading project management initiatives to drive successful carve-outs and initial public offerings (IPO)
- Providing operational advice and strategic thinking to support client management and value creation
- Developing comprehensive reports to communicate findings and recommendations effectively
- Collaborating with teams to embrace change and foster creativity in business administration and operations strategy

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
