As an AR Calling- RCMS - Specialist, you will engage with clients to optimize operational efficiency and effectiveness. Within our Advisory practice, you will leverage your skills to analyze client needs, develop operational strategies, and provide guidance to streamline processes, enhance productivity, and drive business performance. As a Specialist, you will provide specialized advice, handle technical tasks, and conduct in-depth analyses to support specific projects. You will adapt to a fast-paced environment, take ownership of your work, and consistently deliver quality results that contribute to the team's success.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will focus on providing consulting services to optimize overall operational performance and develop innovative solutions. You will work closely with clients to analyze operational processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to enhance productivity, quality, and efficiency. Your role will involve providing guidance on implementing technology solutions, process automation, and operational excellence frameworks. This position offers the opportunity to apply your technical knowledge and contribute to the success of our clients and the team.

Responsibilities:


-Offer specialized knowledge in healthcare provider revenue cycle management
- Analyzing client operational processes to identify areas for improvement and enhance productivity
- Developing strategies to optimize operational efficiency and effectiveness for clients
- Implementing technology solutions and process automation to streamline operations
- Providing specialized guidance on operational excellence frameworks to drive business performance
- Conducting in-depth operational analysis to support specific projects and deliver value
- Collaborating with clients to develop innovative solutions that address operational challenges
- Applying lean process improvement techniques to reduce waste and optimize workflow
- Supporting the development of operating models that align with client objectives and enhance service delivery
- Utilizing Six Sigma methodologies to improve operational processes and achieve desired outcomes
- Managing service operations to validate quality management and customer satisfaction

What You Must Have

- Any Undergraduate Degree (10+2 or Equivalent) OR Graduate Degree in any discipline from a recognized university/institution
- Minimum 0 Months to 3 Years of experience in healthcare provider revenue cycle management
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- Proficiency in using billing software, electronic health records (EHR), and Microsoft Office applications
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
- Shift timings: Flexible to work in night shifts (US Time zone)
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Knowledge of medical coding (ICD-10, CPT)
- Familiarity with UB-04 and/or CMS-1500 claim forms
- Experience with Epic HB or PB systems
- Excelling in documentation and reporting
- Adhering to HIPAA regulations and guidelines
- Collaborating with internal departments to resolve issues
- Identifying and resolving payment delays
