As an AR Calling - RCMS - Specialist, you will engage with clients to optimize operational efficiency and effectiveness, focusing on analyzing client needs and developing strategies to streamline processes and enhance productivity. Within our Advisory practice, you will leverage your specialized skills to provide consulting services that drive business performance and operational excellence. As a Specialist, you will provide technical knowledge and conduct in-depth analyses to support specific projects, adapting to a fast-paced environment and consistently delivering quality work that adds value to our clients and contributes to team success.
In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will work closely with clients to identify areas for improvement and develop innovative solutions. Your responsibilities will include offering guidance on implementing technology solutions, process automation, and operational excellence frameworks. By taking ownership of your work and applying a learning mindset, you will contribute to the success of our clients and the team, while also developing your potential and building commercial awareness.
Responsibilities
- Analyzing client operational processes to identify areas for improvement and enhance productivity
- Developing and implementing strategies for operational efficiency and process optimization
- Providing specialized guidance on technology solutions and process automation to streamline operations
- Collaborating with clients to develop operational excellence frameworks and improve business performance
- Conducting in-depth operational analysis to support specific projects and drive value for clients
- Applying lean process improvement techniques to reduce waste and optimize workflow
- Supporting the development of innovative solutions to address client needs and improve operational outcomes
- Utilizing project management skills to coordinate and execute operational improvement initiatives
- Gathering and interpreting data to inform decision-making and identify patterns in operational performance
- Engaging in continuous learning to apply professional and technical standards in operational consulting
What You Must Have
- Any Undergraduate Degree (10+2 or Equivalent) OR Graduate Degree in any discipline from a recognized university/institution
- 0 to 3 years of experience in healthcare provider revenue cycle management
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
- Proficiency in using billing software, electronic health records (EHR), and Microsoft Office applications
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
-Shift timings: Flexible to work in night shifts (US Time zone)
What Sets You Apart
- Knowledge of medical coding (ICD-10, CPT)
- Familiarity with UB-04 and/or CMS-1500 claim forms
- Experience with Epic HB or PB systems
- Identifying and resolving payment delays
- Collaborating with internal departments to resolve issues
- Adhering to HIPAA regulations and guidelines
- Excelling in documentation and reporting
