Business Development Manager (E-commerce & Lastmile)

Legion Express Pte Ltd is a leading logistics and fulfilment provider offering comprehensive Last Mile Delivery, Warehousing, and Fulfilment solutions to businesses across Singapore. We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth and expand our B2B client portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the business development function for Last Mile Delivery and Fulfilment services.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new B2B customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with e-commerce merchants, distributors, and corporate clients.
• Identify new market opportunities and generate qualified sales leads.
• Conduct sales presentations, contract negotiations, and commercial discussions.
• Prepare and present logistics solutions tailored to clients' operational requirements.
• Work closely with Operations and Customer Success teams to ensure successful implementation of customer accounts.
• Manage key accounts and drive customer retention and business expansion.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
• Provide regular sales forecasts and management reports.

Requirements

• With ready local last mile and B2B businesses. (Business proposal to be presented if shortlisted)
• Diploma or Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Marketing, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 3-5 years of Business Development or Sales experience.
• Proven track record in B2B sales and account management.
• Experience in Logistics, Courier, Last Mile Delivery, Warehousing, Fulfilment, Freight Forwarding, or E-commerce sectors is highly preferred.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
• Possess a valid Class 3 driving license will be an advantage.
