Business Development Manager

What You Can Expect:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across key market verticals and high-growth industry segments
  • Acquire new customers and achieve agreed sales targets and KPIs
  • Develop and expand international trade lanes in collaboration with global offices and overseas partners
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including client meetings, pipeline management, RFQs/tenders, and CRM updates
  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations showcasing value-added logistics solutions
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive retention and account growth
  • Provide market insights on customers, industry trends, and competitors to support business strategy
  • Work closely with internal teams and regional counterparts to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Follow up on customer accounts, including payment collections where required
