Business Sourcer

You will focus on identifying, engaging, and building pipelines of candidates across a range of corporate roles. You will partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop targeted sourcing strategies. You will conduct research and market mapping, perform outreach to passive candidates, track candidate activity in sourcing tools, and iterate on messaging and workflows to improve engagement and response rates.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for roles across Business teams through research outreach and market mapping
• Identify and engage passive candidates using creative sourcing strategies beyond inbound applications
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to align on candidate profiles and prioritize pipeline development efforts
• Track candidate activity and maintain organized workflows using tools such as Greenhouse Gem and sourcing platforms
• Test and refine outreach messaging and sourcing approaches to improve candidate engagement and response rates

Requirements

• 4+ years of sourcing experience with a focus on corporate or business roles
• Experience identifying and engaging passive candidates through research outreach and sourcing tools
• Ability to partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and translate them into sourcing strategies
• Experience using sourcing tools such as Gem LinkedIn Recruiter or similar platforms and applicant tracking systems
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple pipelines while maintaining accurate tracking
• Comfort using AI tools to support sourcing research and outreach and interest in testing new tools to improve efficiency
